Eco-friendly Ink Screen Printing for Ribbons

Eco-friendly ink printing is divided into oil-based eco-friendly ink printing and water-based eco-friendly ink printing.

1. Oil-based eco-friendly ink printing' advantage
1) Good color fastness, up to 4.5 levels or more. 2) Vivid colors and clear contours. 3)Pattern with good color covered,  suitable for printing on different colors, such as fading color ribbons)

2. Water-based eco-friendly inks is somewhat worse than that of oil-based inks.
1)Printing Advantage: clear contours, good coverage, good color fastness, up to 4 levels or more. Vibrant colors, suitable for printing any color on different colors of ribbon (color fastness is not ideal for printing on poorly colored ribbon).
2) Printing Shortcomings.
(1) The printing pattern is hard hand feel.
(2) With odor for Insufficient drying
(3) Printed logo interface is obovious.
(4) Pattern cycle up to 120CM monochrome
Availalbe ribbons are for printed grosgrain ribbon, single sided ribbon, double sided ribbon, cotton ribbon etc. They could be printed both side, but not fully symmetrical.
It is the most affordable printing way for your ribbon.
