What is the difference between DTY and FDY?

DTY: Drawn textured yarn, also known as polyester low-stretch yarn, it is a finished yarn that is continuously or simultaneously stretched and deformed on a machine.

Drawn textured yarn
FDY: Fully drawn yarn, it has nothing to do with the production process, but it is now widely circulated. It is used as the code name of the spinning and drawing one-step process. Low-speed spinning and high-speed drawing and winding can be used. The two processes are completed on a spinning and drawing combined machine. , This production line has low production cost, stable quality of finished products, less hair breakage, and good dyeing uniformity.
Fully drawn yarn

DTY fiber is crimped, FDY fiber is straight.

DTY network yarn: the network yarn refers to the filament in the network nozzle, the filaments are intertwined with each other through the action of the jet airflow to form a periodic network point. Network processing is mostly used for the processing of POY, FDY and DTY. The low-elastic network yarn produced by the combination of network technology and DTY technology has the bulkiness and good elasticity of the textured yarn, and has many periodicity and network points, which improves the filament The compactness saves several processes in textile processing and improves the ability of the tow to pass through the water jet loom.

Sticky Mats Using In Cleanroom

Sticky mats   are ideal for keep dust, dirt, and other particulates from spreading due to foot traffic. As foot traffic or wheels pass over the surface of the mat the non-transferring adhesive locks onto the dirt and captures it. Sticky Mats are comprised of 30 or 60 layers of adhesive-coated film that effectively removes dirt from shoes, equipment wheels, and even pet paws. By using sticky mats you can reduce your cleaning time with a cost effective solution. The low cost makes them great for any industry, office, or home use. They will help keep dust and dirt to a minimum in clean rooms, office entry ways, food manufacturing, and more. There are a variety of sizes to choose from that will suit large and small traffic areas. Also known as cleanroom adhesive mats, sticky mats are disposable mats made from layers of polyethylene sheets with specially treated pressure sensitive adhesive on the exposed surface. Sticky mats provide a significant benefit in the cleanroom by minim...

Cleanroom swabs for industrial | Xiamen Xiongbao Weaving Co.,Ltd.

Cleanroom consumable helps protect sensitive equipment and prevent contamination in critical environments. They are commonly used to clean delicate surfaces and equipment in laboratories, hospitals, and research facilities. Cleanroom swabs  are laundered to be clean and pure before use.  Disposable cleanroom wipes  pick up dust, dirt, and liquids on surfaces to help keep facilities clean. Cleanroom paper and notebooks have a specialized coating to reduce particles, fibers, and microorganisms. Cleanroom mops can be used to remove contamination from floors or distribute disinfectant. This 100% polyester swab head increases the lifting and capturing power of particles, as small as microbes, and offers streak-free cleaning with scratch-sensitive surfaces.

Hints for using sticky mats | Xiamen Xiongbao Weaving Co.,Ltd.

Clean room mats   are tacky mats that help trap impurities for locations that require stringent dust and dirt control. Our clean room sticky mats feature a tacky surface which removes dirt and dust from shoe surfaces before they can contaminate a "clean room." 1. Where to place them:  These mats always go at the entrance of your clean room on the outside of the room, not inside. The idea is to trap any dirt before entering the clean room. 2. Preparation for placement:  Always clean the floor surface thoroughly before installing a sticky mat. The bottom of the mat has an adhesive that won’t adhere to a dirty surface. Where you are installing the mat needs to be clean and dry. So, after cleaning the floor where the mat will be installed, either wipe it dry or allow enough time for the floor to air dry. 3. Bottom adhesive: The underside of the sticky mat has an adhesive. Look closely at your sticky mat to determine which is the top and which is the bottom. Remove t...
